Pat Oekerman of Southern Arizona Ram Jack received his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Texas in 1985 and Applied Science Degree in Petroleum Technology in 1982. Upon completions of his formal educationhe worked for Chevron Overseas Petroleum for 16 years in Papua, New Guinea and Nigeria, Africa. His employement involved operations and construction of oil production and refinery projects. Pat decided to return state side and found that the domestic oil production and drilling programs by major oil companies were shrinking due to US regulations.

In 2002, Pat began working with Arizona Ram Jack to build the Southern Arizona market. Pat's geology and constructions experience and his ablity to identify problems and provide solutions have proven to save customers money and help return equity to customer's properties.

Pat's primary goal is to provide information and solutions for repairing foundation, structural abd concrete problems with complete customer satisfaction.
