Micropiles In Commercial Foundation Projects

Since 2006, Arizona Foundation Solutions provides micropile services and solutions for new construction projects, commercial renovations, building additions or newly identified foundation problems requiring remediation or repair. The unique capabilities of micropiles allow for a wide variety of repairs across a spectrum of commercial spaces, widening the Arizona Foundation Solutions portfolio of services.

What Are Micropiles?

Micropiles installed

Micropiles are a percussion-driven product that hammers, rotates, and injects grout simultaneously. Micropiles are not end-bearing, instead relying on the soil/grout interface to provide both tension and compression capacities. They have the advantage of easily drilling through hard soils and boulders to a specific required depth.
